CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Gudisai, an indie musical open mic platform.

Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tickets or registering for our events. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Once your cancellation request is received and processed, your refund will be issued within 2-3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

2. RESCHEDULING

Gudisai reserves the right to reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, venue unavailability, weather conditions, or insufficient participant registration. In such cases, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible via email or phone.

3. TICKET TRANSFERS

If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us at gudisaicontact@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the event to arrange the transfer. The new ticket holder must provide proof of transfer upon entry.

4. NO SHOW POLICY

If you do not attend the event and have not transferred your ticket,

you will not receive a refund or credit for future events. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and no refunds will be issued for latecomers.
